🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Free Returns
To request a return, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Contact Number

  • Product Name (to be returned)

  • Reason for Return (with photo evidence)

Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and free of damage not caused by manufacturing defects.

  • Original packaging, including the box/carton, must be retained and returned if requested.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used

  • Products with visible damage, scratches, stains, or human-caused defects

  • Orders with missing or incomplete invoices

  • Jewellery, undergarments, or innerwear

  • Malicious or excessive returns


🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team.

  2. Confirm product eligibility.

  3. Prepare all original items and invoices.

  4. Ship the return using the courier assigned by our store.


💳 Refund Method

  • Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be processed directly back to your original credit card within a few business days after return approval.

  • Bank transfers/UEN: While we do not support cash refunds, your refund will be issued via bank transfer within 3–5 business days after return confirmation.
