✅ Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and free of damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Original packaging, including the box/carton, must be retained and returned if requested.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened or used
Products with visible damage, scratches, stains, or human-caused defects
Orders with missing or incomplete invoices
Jewellery, undergarments, or innerwear
Malicious or excessive returns
🔄 Return Process

Prepare all original items and invoices.
Ship the return using the courier assigned by our store.
💳 Refund Method
Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be processed directly back to your original credit card within a few business days after return approval.
Bank transfers/UEN: While we do not support cash refunds, your refund will be issued via bank transfer within 3–5 business days after return confirmation.
